  With half our genes following a 24-hour rhythm, nearly every part of our molecular and physiological processes—metabolism, immune function, cell division, and regeneration—are influenced by this clock. This has far-reaching effects on areas like women’s health, teenage development, shift work, and even space medicine or cancer treatment.

Our clock is extremely important and because of that it was also important for me to write a book on the topic, which is not only for experts in the field.

In my book (currently in German), I explore the latest insights on ideal times for training, eating, and even for taking a medicine, with input from top experts.
